ETL logging not working on Windows

We have numerous imports using the ETL tool and generally they work. However we have seen some of them stop working and get no information from the ETL tool. No errors, and no info, nothing. Adjusting the log level seems broken on Windows. No log file is created and no additional output is sent to the console output.
When the ETL tool does not work, the level of information provided is inadequate to troubleshoot the process.

Hi @kholbrook-epicor

when/how did they stop working? Did you upgrade OrientDB to a new version? Or do you just have different data?

The ETL logging works fine on Linux, however on Windows the logging does not output properly.
This is from straight out of the box latest release.
All of our developers are Windows based, so this makes troubleshooting near impossible.
